On May 23, 1989 the body of a white male was found floating in the Cuyahoga River near 1801 Carter Rd. He was wearing a dark blazer with brass buttons, a Sears dark gray tapered button down shirt, dart tan polyester pants, a black/brown belt, and black loafer style shoes.
