Missing Adult – William Larry Roland

Details

William was last seen with his half-brother, Deion Akemon (also missing), at approximately 10:00 p.m. around a white van in a parking lot near the Parktown Cafe in the 1700 block of Linn St. in Cincinnati, OH. He has a surgical scar on his right arm, on the right side of his chest and on the inner and outer side of his left knee. He has a tattoo on his upper left arm of a photo of a woman with "RIP" above the tattoo and a date of "8-4-2001 or 2002" below the photo. The tattoo may also have the name "Charlene Roland" below the date. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, long black jean shorts, Air Force One sneakers and a white baseball cap. The ball cap along with keys, cell phones and wallets of both individuals were later recovered in a dumpster on McMicken Street in Cincinnati.
