Todd was last seen on April 1st 2014 at 1310 Shuler Ave. He had been staying there with friends of his they said he left and has not been seen or heard from since and this is very abnormal for Todd. He has had daily contact with friends and family until April 1st, 2014. His clothing description is unknown. Todd has tattoos of a pot leaf on his upper right arm, the word Amiah on his right forearm, the word Love on his left forearm, the word Pizzle on his chest and a naked woman on his right leg.
