On Friday, December 13, 2013, at approximately 10:34 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to 1348 Michelle Court on the report of gunshots being fired in the area. Responding officers circulated the area and located the victim, 26yr old Frank D. Westbrook, in front of 1385 Vida Way. Mr. Westbrook sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body.
