On Saturday, June 21, 2014, at approximately 4:32 a.m., patrol officers were dispatched to a shooting in the area of 570 Kimball Place. Responding officers located the victim, 32yr old Marcus B. VanCleaf, on the sidewalk beside the after-hours club located at 1323 East Fulton Street.
