On 06/05/2020, 56yr old William Turner was involved in a physical altercation. At some point, Mr. Turner went unconscious and refused medical attention at the time of the incident. He continued to have complications resulting from the fight. Mr. Turner's family summoned medical attention and again, treatment was refused. Several days later, Mr. Turner was found unconscious outside of a residence and never regained consciousness. He was pronounced deceased at OSU Main on 06/23/2020.
