On February 11, 2011, Joshua A. Starcher was found dead in his vehicle on Vinegar Street in Pomeroy, Ohio suffering a gunshot wound. Starcher was last seen at approximately 12:30 PM on 02/11/11 when he informed his girlfriend that he was going to meet someone and would be back. Starcher never returned and his body was found by a person driving along Vinegar Street.
