On 12/26/1996, the body of an adult female was found in the 700 block of Park Ave., Youngstown, OH. The victim is estimated to be 30-40 years old, black or mixed race, 64 inches in height, 160-170 lbs. The victim was wearing a XL short sleeved white shirt with possibly geometric designs along with ABC's printed and a green collar, a yellow metal leaf like multi-lobed broach and open flat soled sandals. This woman was later identified as Jacqueline Rowe.
