On Friday, July 19, 2013, at approximately 12:20 a.m., patrol officers responded to 930 South Roys Avenue, Apartment B, on an unknown complaint. Upon arrival, the officers located the victim, 33yr old Anthony Pack, inside of his apartment with an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body.
