On October 14, 2006, members of Youngstown Police Department personnel responded to "The Busy Bee Market" located at 3317 South Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio after receiving information of a man down. On arrival, decedent Jason McInnis was discovered lying in the parking lot deceased. Decedent McInnis sustained a fatal gunshot wound to his chest.
