Mary Matheny, 75, was last seen on the evening of August 27, 2002. Mary had been doing some gardening in the yard of her home at 2313 Lehner Rd. in Clinton Township. Ms. Matheny was attacked by an unknown person(s) and her body was discovered inside her home on August 28, 2002. The cause of death was blunt force trauma but the motive remains unclear. Investigators are attempting to locate anyone who may have information regarding her murder.
