On April 3, 2014, at approximately 2:46 p.m., Columbus Police patrol officers responded to a shooting at 1829 Penfield Court South. Patrol officers arrived a few minutes later and discovered 18yr old O'Shequen Holmes-Strickland with a gunshot wound to the head.
