On October 5, 2020, at 10:40 p.m., Patrol Officers responded to the intersection of Joyce Avenue and Windsor Avenue on an injury accident where a blue Chevrolet hybrid vehicle drove off the southwest corner and into a ditch. It was later discovered that the victim, 28yr old Roddale Garmany, had been shot and was later pronounced at scene. There is no suspect information at this time.
