On Thursday, October 31, 2019 at approximately 1:31 a.m., Columbus Police Officers were called to the area of 1317 E. 23rd Avenue, on the report of a shooting in front of this location. Upon arrival, Officers found an injured male, seated in a vehicle, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medics responded to the scene and EMS 13 pronounced the victim, later identified as 43yr old Robert Fleming deceased at 1:45 a.m.
