On September 29, 2020 at approximately 9:45 PM, officers responded to a shooting at the intersection of E. Whittier Street and Gilbert Street. Officers located 25yr old Jaleel Carter-Tate in front of 815 E. Whittier Street suffering from a gunshot wound. Jaleel Carter-Tate was pronounced deceased at scene.
