On Sunday, May 26, 2013, at approximately 11:51pm, patrol officers heard what they believed were gunshots in the area of Oak Street and Linwood Avenue. The officers located the victim, Dolomand Ayers, who was seated in a vehicle in front of 1336 Oak Street, with gunshot wounds to the upper body.
