Erin joined the Attorney General’s Office in 1992.  Erin handles enforcement actions in a wide variety of areas including, Do-Not-Call regulation, consulting services, advanced-fee credit repair, debt-adjusting, debt collection, government grants services, “rare” coins, job placement services, business opportunities, travel services, home improvement, foreclosure rescue and third-party payment processors.  Erin served as a member of the trial team in United States v. Dish Network, a telemarketing case which culminated in a five-week federal bench trial and a decision for Plaintiffs for $280 million, the largest telemarking award on record.  Erin is active in the National Association of Attorneys General serving on working groups concerning Do-Not-Call Laws, Robocalling, Seniors, and Third-Party Payment Processors.  She serves as the legal advisor for the Telemarketing Registration Unit and handles public record law matters.  Erin previously served as a Consumer Protection Specialist for four years, the Telemarketing Registration Unit Administrator for one year and an Investigator for seven years.
