Emily Dietz joined the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in 2024, where she serves as a Law Clerk. Emily is responsible for investigating and litigating cases involving violations of state and federal consumer protection laws. Before embarking on her journey with the Attorney General’s Office, Emily gained valuable experience through internships at the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Ohio and the Ohio Public Defender. These opportunities not only sharpened her legal expertise but also deepened her understanding of the criminal justice system and the importance of defending the rights of individuals.
