Bryan joined the Attorney General’s Office in 2021. He represents a variety of clients including Auditor of State, Board of Deposits, Consumer Counsel, Courts of Appeals, Office of Budget and Management, Ohio Elections Commission, and Treasurer of State. Bryan is also a member of the Public Records Unit.
 
Prior to joining the Constitutional Offices Section, Bryan worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office – Civil Litigation. In this role, Bryan represented Franklin County agencies and their employees in various civil litigation matters, including constitutional cases brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. He also handled matters involving petitions for extraordinary writs (e.g. mandamus, procedendo, prohibition); preliminary and permanent injunction actions against sex offenders in violation of O.R.C. §2950.034; and emergency protective services for adults experiencing abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
