Empowerment and Productivity

9/28/2016
The workplace runs more smoothly when co-workers interact well together. This workshop presents four behavioral empowerment levels — victim, passive, active, and highly active — that hold the key to better interaction.

Course participants who understand the levels can select the appropriate behavior when dealing with co-workers to obtain optimum results. The workshop will cover how empowerment levels work and affect behaviors; relationships and employee interactions that affect creativity and efficiency; synergy of workplace productivity; definitions; identification of group empowerment; challenges and concerns; personal and leadership assessment; a review and understanding of the Empowerment Model; and an action plan.
