This one-day class will provide officers who have already completed PIT training, either through OPOTA or another agency, with an update and refresher of their PIT skills.
People with disabilities make up the single largest minority group in the U.S. and officers who have the skill set to work with this population have a significant advantage over officers who do not.
This course is designed to help agencies get a boost on their cases and show the importance of investigations, even though some of these cases are older.
