According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Jermaine Graham on January 6, 2011.  He is charged with Failure to Provide a Change of Address.

James Gayhart spent six years in prison at the London Correctional Institution after he was convicted on four counts of rape in Montgomery County in 1995.

According to public records, the last time Christopher Stacy made contact with Marion County deputies was in August 2011, when he registered himself as homeless.

Adam Ramos, 32, is wanted on a charge of Failure to Register out of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Justin Lee Scott, who last registered with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office in January, is wanted on a charge of Failure to Provide a Change of Address.  A warrant was issued for his arrest in March. 

Juan Jose Gonzalez, a sexually oriented offender, last registered himself as living in Mansfield, Ohio. He was convicted in 2003 on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Francisco Silva, 38, was convicted in 1998 of sexual battery involving a female juvenile.  Upon his release, public records show subsequent arrests for failing to register his address.  He last verified his address with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office in September 2008 as being on Wiltshire Road in Columbus. A warrant for Failure to Register was issued for his arrest in February 2009.  He may be using the alias Juan Delgado.

Jackson, a habitual sex offender, was wanted on a January 2012 warrant for failing to verify his address. According to police, Jackson was convicted in 2001 of Gross Sexual Imposition with a 4-year-old victim.

A federal grand jury in Columbus has indicted 24 people, alleging that they conspired to obtain copies of legitimate business checks, counterfeited them, deposited the counterfeit checks in various bank accounts, then withdrew the money at banks and ATMs and split the proceeds.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a convicted sex offender wanted on an outstanding warrant in Clark County.
