Alliance Police Officer Roy Tittle has spent 21 years teaching students martial arts, a bid to help them be their best. The Kick Drugs Out of Alliance program started by Tittle and another officer has helped hundreds of youngsters find their self-confidence, develop self-discipline and learn martial arts.
