Ohio Files Lawsuit Against U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over Cleveland Harbor Dredging

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Director Craig W. Butler and Ohio Department of Natural Resources Director James Zehringer today announced that the state has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for its plan to place dredge material from Cleveland Harbor, which includes six miles of the Cuyahoga River, in Lake Erie or not dredge the entire navigation channel unless a non-federal partner pays to place it in confined disposal facilities.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters Announce Indictment in First Hamilton County State Court Human Trafficking Case

Today, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters  announced  the indictment of Pleasant Plain, Ohio resident April Corcoran (DOB 4-4-84) on 27 felony counts in the attached indictment.  If convicted of all charges, she faces the possibility of life in prison.

Attorney General DeWine Announces Concealed Carry Reciprocity with Five Additional States

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that Ohioans with concealed carry permits will be able to use those permits in five additional states. Pursuant to changes adopted in House Bill 234 of the 130th General Assembly, Ohio now has concealed carry permit reciprocity with Colorado, Georgia, New Hampshire, Texas, and Wisconsin.
