On May 13, 1969, the remains of an unidentified black male were located in Lake Erie at the West Breakwall White City Beach (E. 140th St. Area) in Cleveland, OH. This person is estimated to be between the ages of 35-40 years old. This person also had a tattoo on the dorsum of right forearm - a scroll with printed inscription "MOTHER" and a 5-pointed star beneath the scroll and a tattoo on the dorsum of left forearm - a scroll with printed inscription "CAROL", a dagger beneath the scroll, 3 5-pointed stars around the scroll, and a skull next to the dagger. This person was wearing light blue pants.
