On 04/21/1989, Helen Stuart was found nude and deceased in the back seat of her silver four-door 1981 Ford Fairmont, on S.R. 16 near S.R. 668 in Licking County. The investigation indicates that the abduction and homicide potentially occurred at the victim's residence in Newark and her body was then transported to the dump sight. Stuart was sexually assaulted and strangled to death.
