Details

After arguing with her common law husband, Michael W. Farrell, at their residence at 22406 Center Ridge Road in Rocky River on 04/19/90, Frances Moses allegedly left the residence on foot wearing pink jogging pants, a gray leather jacket with buttons missing, a black t-shirt, and white tennis shoes at around 6:30 p.m. On 04/20/90 at 1:57 a.m., a motorist found her lifeless body on the Metro Park parkway below the north side of the I-90 overpass. Her body sustained damage from the fall, but she was believed to already be deceased from ligature strangulation prior to being thrown from the overpass.
