On July 22, 1989, at approximately 3:20 am, 26yr old Teresa Hall was standing on the front porch of 37 West Euclid Avenue. There was an argument going on between family members on the porch. Suddenly, a shotgun blast rang out. Mrs. Hall was struck in the head by the blast and died instantly. Mrs. Hall left behind a husband and young daughter. This case has remained open since that July morning.
