Virtual Webinar- Overview of Ohio's Public Records Act and Open Meetings Act

  • This training provides the mandatory three (3) hour per term training to be completed by elected officials or their designee required by Ohio Rev. Code § 109.43(B)
  • This training provides three (3) general CLE hours for attorneys.

NOTE:  For elected officials (or their designee) to receive credit and attorneys to receive CLE hours, attendance on a device where they can view the PowerPoint presentation and complete the evaluation at the end of the seminar is required. A group of individuals watching the presentation from one device will not receive credit for attending the webinar. Additionally, throughout the presentation, a question may be asked requiring the attendee to provide a response in the chat.

This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 3.00 total CLE hour(s) instruction.
