Judy Wolford is a lifelong resident of Pickaway County, Ohio.  A graduate of Westfall High School, she went on to The Ohio State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in Dairy Science.  She then attended and graduated from Capital University Law School.      
 
Since 2006, Judy has served as the Pickaway County Prosecuting Attorney.  She has been with the Pickaway County Prosecutor’s Office since 1994.  For ten years, she worked as an Assistant Circleville City Law Director.  For five years, she was the New Holland Village Solicitor.  She ran a successful private practice and she has served as a special prosecutor in five other counties in Central Ohio.
 
Judy resides in Madison Township along with her husband of 31 years, Dall Rynd.  Judy and Dallas own and operate Silver Mist Holsteins where they raise corn, beans, wheat, and hay.  They are also active with a multi-breed herd of dairy cattle.
 
Judy is also active in the community being a past president of the Circleville Rotary Club.  Besides Rotary, she is also a member of Farm Bureau, Duck’s Unlimited, Ladies Auxiliary VFW No. 7041, and the Ohio Holstein Association.  She is a member of the board of directors for the Circleville Pickaway Corporation where she is currently serving as secretary.  She was appointed by former Governor Taft to serve on the Ohio Ag Financing Commission and she was a former board member for Haven House.  She is a founding member of the Pickaway Addiction Action Coalition and currently serves as vice-president of that entity.
 
Judy serves on the OHLEG Steering and Advisory Committees, the Commission of the Rules of Practice and Procedure for the Ohio Supreme Court, the Legislative and Executive Committees for the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association and the Task Force to Examine the Ohio Bail System.
