Tracy joined the Consumer Protection Section in 2007 and is responsible for investigating and litigating cases involving violations of state and federal consumer protection laws. She handles cases involving a variety of consumer protection issues, including debt settlement, debt collection, foreclosure rescue scams, credit card marketing, and business compliance with advertising laws, including in a direct mail and internet context.  Tracy is also responsible for monitoring consumer protection-related legislation in the General Assembly and for overseeing Ohio Administrative Code rulemaking and rule-review matters for the Consumer Protection Section.
