Bart is the Director of the Economic Crimes Unit. The Consumer Protection Section’s Economic Crimes Unit was launched by Attorney General DeWine in March 2011 to work with county prosecutors and local law enforcement to investigate and prosecute economic crime. In addition, he serves as the managing attorney for the Cincinnati Regional Office.
