Michael joined the Attorney General’s Office in 2019. Michael is a member of the Public Records Unit.
 
Prior to joining the Attorney General’s Office, Michael served as the Staff Attorney for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas – Domestic Relations Division.  In this role, Michael worked primarily in the objection process under Civil Rule 53 in which a party could object to a magistrate’s written decision.  Moreover, he conducted numerous mediations concerning various issues in domestic relations law.  Finally, Michael served as the Court’s public records liaison.
 
Prior to relocating to central Ohio, Michael served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Richard M. Rogers (ret.) of the Third District Court of Appeals of Ohio located in Lima, Ohio.  In this role, Michael drafted appellate opinions in all matters related to both criminal and civil law.
