Leon was last seen when he left his residence. His car was later was found in a ditch idling with the lights on. The interior was muddy with signs of a struggle. He had earlier received a note in his mailbox made with letters cut out of a magazine. It read, "You are dead." Leon was last seen wearing a tan valor shirt, blue jeans and a blue jacket with brown stripes.
