New OPOTC SMG/M16/M4 Qualification Course of Fire

This qualification course is to be used with the attached RQT-2 target.  Beginning immediately, law enforcement agencies may use this course of fire and target as an alternative to the current standard.  The use of the course of fire and target will be mandatory for all Ohio law enforcement agencies beginning January 1, 2016.
