Details

On August 21, 2002 the Genoa Township Police Department and the Delaware County Sheriff's Office were notified of a possible body found in a trash bag. Baby Jane Doe was discovered inside of a black trash bag, discarded along the Hoover Reservoir. The body was decomposed, and believed to have been a full-term birth. An autopsy was unable to determine if the child was alive at the time of birth. Hair samples are more compatible with that of an African-American heritage; however, the results are inconclusive.
