On 11/11/06 at 0347 hours, a loud car alarm was heard at the rear of 704 Brooklyn Ave., Dayton, OH. Witnesses observed a vehicle on fire along with a nearby garage engulfed in flames. Carl Spears' body was found burned inside of the Cadillac Escalade.
