On Saturday, November 14, 2020, at 10:42AM, Columbus Police Officers were called to 2034 Rankin Ave. on a report of an unresponsive male at that location. On arrival, officers found 45yr old Toby Smith, who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Mr. Smith was pronounced deceased at 10:49AM by CFD EMS 13.
