On Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 7:17 am, Medics with the Columbus Division of Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash in front of 275 Southard Dr. The 911 caller stated a male was slumped over the wheel of a vehicle that had just run in to a telephone pole. As CFD was treating the victim, medics discovered the victim had a gunshot wound in his chest. The victim, 59yr old Mohammad Shalash, was transported to Grant Hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 8:41 am.
