On 1/12/2020 at 6:23AM, Patrol officers were dispatched to the scene of a shots fired, picked up by Shotspotter at the Marathon Station at 830 Parsons Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered 27yr old Kenneth Jackson suffering from having been shot. Mr. Jackson was transported to Grant hospital where he succumbed to his wounds and died at 7:08 a.m. The suspect was wearing a black mask and black clothing and fled south and east from the location.
