The remains of a white male were found in the Scioto River on 03/30/2006. The victim had brown hair and is estimated to be 30-45 years old, 5'5 1/2" - 6'00" tall and 100 lbs. His two front teeth were missing and he was wearing Converse brand socks. DNA and dentals are available for comparison.
