Tim joined the Attorney General’s Office in 2020, where he serves as an Associate Assistant Attorney General. Tim is responsible for investigating and litigating cases involving violations of state and federal consumer protection laws.
Prior to joining the Attorney General’s Office, Tim worked in private practice for approximately 12 years, focusing primarily on residential and commercial real estate issues. During that time, Tim also worked as the Managing Attorney of the Lucas County Public Defender’s Office, Juvenile Division.
