Annabelle was last seen at her residence in the 1800 block of Rose Ave. in Cridersville, OH. Annabelle had a history of leaving for days and weeks at a time, but would always come home. During the last contact with her, she mentioned she was going to Florida after receiving a corespondence from a man she had been involved with earlier. Her family has not heard from her since. Annabelle may have a medical condition. She has a mole or beauty mark on or above her upper lip, fatty buildup of tissue on her upper thigh (unknown which side). She suffered a broken wrist as a child that didn't properly heal, resulting in the bone protruding from the wrist under the skin.
