Angela was last seen in the vicinity of the 1200 block of 9th Street in Portsmouth, Ohio. She left her home with an unidentified male acquaintance who has become the prime suspect in her disappearance. Angela's sister, Tina Holsinger, was murdered in July of 1995. It is not known if Tina's homicide is related to Angela's disappearance. She has the name "Rob" tattooed on her left shoulder. Angela has a scar on her left elbow and a scar on her back. She has a noticeable overbite.
