Jason joined the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in 2022. He is a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Section, where he investigates and litigates cases involving suspected antitrust violations. Prior to joining the office, he worked in commercial litigation for 10 years, gaining trial and appellate experience in class action defense, advertising law, labor and employment disputes, merger and acquisition disputes, First Amendment and defamation law, product liability defense, and other civil matters. Jason has successfully litigated matters through trial and appeal in both state and federal courts, and he has winning oral argument experience in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jason has been active in the American, Federal, Ohio State, and Cincinnati Bar Associations. Jason has served on the board of the Young Lawyers Section (YLS) of the Cincinnati Bar Association and as chair of the YLS Mentoring Committee.
