Details

On March 24, 2007 at 11:36 a.m., the Hocking County Sheriff's Office received a phone call from a farmer who stated that he and his neighbor discovered a partially nude body in one of his fields. Upon Deputies arrival they found the body of a young African-American male partially nude. An autopsy was performed at the Franklin County Coroner's Office, they determined the victim died of a gunshot wound and was ruled a homicide by the Hocking County Coroner. The victim was identified through fingerprints as Dion D. Spraggins from Columbus, Ohio.
