On 6/17/2020 at 7:37AM, patrol officers responded to a female possibly deceased in a vehicle at the rear of above stated address. Upon arrival, they found 27yr old Jessica Skaggs along with her child in the vehicle. The child was unharmed, but Ms. Skaggs was pronounced by CFD Medic 18 at 7:43am.
