On Saturday, November 05, 2016, at approximately 4:30 a.m. C.P.D. Officers and Medics were dispatched to 713 S. Ogden Avenue on a report of a shooting. Upon the arrival, officers found the victim, 26yr old William Howard in the front doorway of the residence, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest.
