On Monday, November 23, 2020, at 4:25PM, Columbus Police Officers were called to the 1181 Lockbourne Rd. on a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found 23yr old Maurice Anderson, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 815 responded to the scene and transported Mr. Anderson, to Grant Hospital in Critical condition. Mr. Anderson, did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased by attending physicians at 4:49PM.
