On 07/19/1983, the body of a black male was found in the Cuyahoga River in the area of Old River Road and Main Avenue. The victim was approximately 30-40 years old. This man had a mid-line laparotomy scar and a horizontal scar that crosses it at a level above the umbilicus. He had evidence of a previous Gastrojejunostomy. This man was wearing a short-sleeved green shirt, orange sweat pants with blue piping and drawstring front, blue and white undershorts, a pair of white socks and a pair of brown deck shoes.
